Mekora Labs values merchant privacy. When you install our Shopify applications, we collect necessary store metrics (such as Shopify OAuth tokens, shop domain, and webhook event payloads) required strictly to execute tagging automation rules.

2. Data Security & Retention

All merchant session data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or buyer data to third parties under any circumstances.

3. App Uninstallation & Deletion

Upon app uninstallation from your Shopify Admin, store session tokens and cached rule execution logs are purged automatically in compliance with Shopify Mandatory Privacy Webhooks.
