1. Subscription & Billing Terms

Mekora Smart Tagging is billed at $9.99 USD per month after a 7-day free trial. All charges are processed directly by Shopify via the official Shopify Billing API.

2. App Usage & Scope

Merchants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on their authorized Shopify store domain during an active subscription.

3. Service Level Agreement & Reliability

Mekora Labs guarantees 99.9% operational availability for real-time webhook execution workers. Dedicated priority support is provided via [email protected].

4. Termination & Refunds

Merchants may uninstall the application at any time directly through their Shopify Admin panel to end billing immediately. Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify App Store policy.
