1. App-Specific Data Collection

Mekora Smart Tagging accesses store order, customer, and product webhook payloads exclusively to evaluate automation rules configured by the merchant.

2. Shopify Data Protection Compliance

We strictly comply with Shopify Mandatory Privacy Webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Store data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No customer or order data is ever shared or sold to third parties.

3. Data Deletion Upon Uninstallation

When the app is uninstalled from your Shopify Admin, all session tokens, cached rule configurations, and execution logs are automatically purged from our database within 48 hours.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

Our servers hosted on Render and Supabase utilize industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. No data is sent to unverified sub-processors.
